Dr. Langley’s philosophy on education is to lead with passion in pursuit of excellence. Dr. Langley has followed this philosophy for the past 25 years and has dedicated her life to the education and wellbeing of innumerable elementary and middle school students. Her experience includes eight years as a classroom teacher, two years as a coach, and fifteen years as an administrator.

As she educated her students during the day, she continued her own education at night. She gained both her master’s and doctorate degrees in Educational Leadership during her tenure with Lake County Schools. She believes that school, family and the community work together to create a strong foundation for children. When all three can work harmoniously, there is no limit for what a child can accomplish. In every role in her life, she is determined to learn, serve and make a difference.
